Loveee
I LOVED my braids with this hair! I got blue and black braid better for an ombre look. I've had them in for 2 months and I got so many compliments on the blue that my feelings are hurt now that I'm taking them down.
Pros:
- My braider thought the hair blended well with my own texture
- It took my braider the same amount of time to put in my braids that it usually takes her, even though this hair was a new texture
- It seems like the bundles are bigger!! I asked my braider how many packs she typically uses for my small knotless braids. She said 4-5 3-bundle packs or 8-9 2-bundle packs. I purchased 7 blue and 7 black bundles to be safe. After getting my braids, I still have 4.5 blue and 4 black bundles left. (So my braider used just about 6 single Braid Better bundles.)
- Last pro: Typically when I get braids I tend to see some of my hair come out from the root/follicle (little white bulb at end). I know it's not due to tightness because my braider is amazing and if it was too tight I wouldn't go back. Since I didn't experience it this time, I'm wondering if it's because the typical braiding-hair-of-my-past is irritating my scalp. But who knows. I'm not a scientist, just an observation of my own head!
My only con is the dust coming off on my fingers at take down. So just don't wear clothes you care about while taking down? For me, that's WORTH everything I said above and it just makes me excited for how the hair and company will grow!
